The media’s coverage of these pardons has been dramatically different. Take the New York Times, which describes Biden’s preemptive pardons as a way to “guard” from a “promised campaign of ‘retribution’ by his incoming successor, Donald J. Trump.”

But after the 2020 election, the Times accused President Trump of using his power to “apply his own standard of justice for his allies.” That included Paul Manafort, his 2016 campaign chairman, and Roger J. Stone Jr., his longtime informal adviser and friend. Another beneficiary was a family member, Charles Kushner, the father of his son-in-law, Jared Kushner.

The New York Times quoted this week the older brother of Capitol Police officer Brian D. Sicknick, who died naturally from a stroke the day after Jan. 6. “The message to me is that the United States is no longer a nation under the rule of law and anything goes,” Craig Sicknick was quoted as saying.

News coverage on ABC, CBS, and NBC spent 46 minutes and 32 seconds covering Trump’s Jan. 6 pardons but only three minutes and 32 seconds on Biden pardoning his family.

Overall, Biden has pardoned and commuted sentences for a record 4,245 criminals, including 37 murderers on death row. Some of these individuals are mass murderers, child rapists, and torturers who then murdered their victims, and many have never expressed remorse.

While the pardons by both Biden and Trump are controversial, there are big differences between them.

The cases against the Jan. 6 defendants overwhelmingly involved legal system abuses. A politicized Department of Justice brought charges before juries in the District of Columbia that were heavily biased against Republicans and a circuit court that Democrats heavily control. The jury pool was from a district where Biden had received over 92% of the vote in 2020. Prosecutors with infinite budgets prosecuted ordinary people who didn’t have the resources to defend themselves.

The Biden Department of Justice clearly overcharged these defendants. For example, when a case finally got to the U.S. Supreme Court (Fisher v. United States), the court sternly reprimanded the Biden Department of Justice, saying a statute dealing with corporate fraud clearly shouldn’t have been used against more than several hundred defendants. Finally, the Department of Justice never gave defense lawyers 44,000 hours of video evidence. It isn’t a prosecutor’s job to determine what you think might be helpful to defense lawyers.

Trump’s pardons of those who engaged in violence during the riot, particularly those who had hurt police, generated the most controversy. But even here, there was a two-tiered system of justice.

While approximately 140 officers were assaulted in the Jan. 6 riot (it isn’t clear how many were injured), the June 2020 Lafayette Square riot and attack on the White House, by contrast, injured at least 150 law enforcement officers. Despite constant claims to the contrary in the Jan. 6 riot, no officers were killed in either riot. But while the J6 defendants spent significant time in prison, none of the Lafayette Square rioters were prosecuted, let alone sentenced.

While the Jan. 6 riot was viewed as an insurrection against our government, people scaled the White House fence during the Lafayette Square riot, and the Secret Service felt the threat was sufficient to move Trump to a secure location.

Unlike Trump, Biden pardoned family members. After the 2020 election, Biden was critical of the idea that Trump might give preemptive pardons to family members and others. He criticized Trump for possibly doing what he ended up doing himself. The pardons of Biden’s family members entailed possible crimes of corruption and money laundering involving tens of millions of dollars.

Who was more transparent with the American people? Multiple times last year, Biden and his administration promised that Biden wouldn’t pardon his son. After the 2020 election, Biden promised that he would never offer preemptive pardons, such as what he ended up giving his family members. Indeed, he condemned the very idea. By contrast, Trump consistently campaigned on pardoning Jan. 6 rioters.

Biden’s pardons of family members were preemptive and covered crimes dating back more than a decade. The Jan. 6 rioters have met a very different fate, having already faced years of punishment.

Thirty-four rioters were convicted of violence, including overrunning a police barricade. The average person was arrested 43 months ago and given a sentence of 107 months. Few were allowed to make bail. One person, Daniel Ball, was still awaiting trial after sitting in custody for 21 months when he was pardoned.

Ten rioters were convicted of assaulting police officers (Julian Khater, Peter Schwartz, Christopher Quaglin, James Tate Grant, Michael Bradley, Robert Scott Palmer, Ryan Samsel, Steven Chase Randolph, Thomas Harlen Smith, and Tyler Bradley Dykes). They faced an average sentence of 90 months (7.5 years) and have been incarcerated for an average of 40 months since their arrests.

Some of the most severe penalties were reserved for two former police officers (Thomas Robertson and Thomas Webster), who fought their way through the police barricades. They were sentenced to 72 and 120 months and were both held for a total of 48 months.

Many of those sentenced to prison were let into the Capitol by police and did not engage in violence, but they still suffered long prison terms. Jacob Chansley, known as the “QAnon Shaman,” was actually brought by police to the Senate floor and appeared to peacefully talk to officers, but he was still sentenced to 41 months in prison.

Prison is only a part of the penalties that the rioters faced. Many were bankrupted by legal costs – something Trump’s pardon will never be able to restore.

The family members and others that Biden preemptively pardoned will never face any criminal penalties. By contrast, the Jan. 6 rioters have already served significant sentences.

Obama Bros Scoff at Dementia Joe’s Claim That He Would’ve Beat Trump if He Remained in Race https://freerreport.com/obama-bros-scoff-at-dementia-joes-claim-that-he-wouldve-beat-trump-if-he-remained-in-race/ https://freerreport.com/obama-bros-scoff-at-dementia-joes-claim-that-he-wouldve-beat-trump-if-he-remained-in-race/#respond Sat, 25 Jan 2025 00:07:02 +0000 https://freerreport.com/obama-bros-scoff-at-dementia-joes-claim-that-he-wouldve-beat-trump-if-he-remained-in-race/ DCNF(DCNF)—The hosts of “Pod Save America” disputed former President Joe Biden’s claims that he would have defeated President Donald Trump in the 2024 race during a Friday appearance on “The View.”

After Trump’s victory in November, Biden expressed regret according to The Wall Street Journal about dropping out of the race and suspected that he could have won reelection. The three “Pod Save America” co-hosts agreed there was no chance that the former president could have defeated Trump based on the public polling expressing concern about his age and mental acuity.

“Do any of you agree with Joe Biden that he would’ve won?” co-host Joy Behar asked.

“He would not have won,” former Obama-era speechwriter Jon Favreau said. “His own polling showed that Donald Trump was gonna win 400 electoral votes, this item maybe don’t blame Joe Biden for. His people, people closest to him, refused to show him the polling, the real polling.”

Behar argued that Biden may have had a higher chance of defeating Trump because he is a “white man” rather than a black woman like Vice President Kamala Harris.

“Pod Save America” founder Jon Lovett said the public can allow Biden to live his “fantasy” that he would have won, and argued Harris’ candidacy prevented the Democrats from suffering even greater electoral losses.

“If Joe Biden wants to spend the rest of his days believing he would have won, I think that’s a gift we can all give him,” Lovett said. “I’m fine with that. We’ve all had elderly relatives that have a little fantasy and I’m fine with that.”

The belief that Biden could have won if he had remained in the race was not commonly held among the Democratic establishment or the previous White House, according to The Wall Street Journal. White House aides and several Democratic leaders believed the party would have lost more congressional seats and had suffered an even worse loss in the Electoral College.

Nearly 40 Democratic lawmakers publicly called on Biden to drop out of the presidential race regarding his performance during the June 27 debate against Trump. His performance raised serious concerns about the then-president’s mental ability to serve another term.

Biden announced his exit from the race in a July 21 statement to protect the “best interest of [his] party.” In a follow-up statement, he endorsed Harris. Trump defeated the then-vice president by securing 312 electoral votes and winning all seven swing states.

Democratic strategist James Carville also slammed Biden on Wednesday for his belief he could have won the race on an episode of his podcast “Politics War Room.” “And what he’s done to himself is no one wants to hear from this guy anymore,” Carville said. “Okay, just go to your condo in Rehoboth [Delaware] and stay there. And that’s not because we’re bad people or we’re mean people. It was all his doing. All his doing. This entire thing. And this kind of petty back and forth, ‘Oh I would have beat Trump,’ and no one fucking believes that at all,” Carville stated.

Corporate Media Argues Trump’s Inauguration Received Fewer Viewers Than Joe Biden’s… There’s Just One Problem https://freerreport.com/corporate-media-argues-trumps-inauguration-received-fewer-viewers-than-traitor-joes-theres-just-one-problem/ https://freerreport.com/corporate-media-argues-trumps-inauguration-received-fewer-viewers-than-traitor-joes-theres-just-one-problem/#respond Thu, 23 Jan 2025 00:08:38 +0000 https://freerreport.com/corporate-media-argues-trumps-inauguration-received-fewer-viewers-than-traitor-joes-theres-just-one-problem/ DCNF(DCNF)—Several corporate media outlets have reported that President Donald Trump’s inauguration received lower ratings than former President Joe Biden’s, though Trump’s event garnered millions of additional viewers on streaming platforms.

The New York Times, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, The Washington Times and others rushed to point out that Biden’s inaugural ceremony received an estimated average of 33.7 million views on cable networks, while Trump’s average cable viewership added up to 24.6 million. While the television viewership lagged behind Biden’s, Trump’s inaugural ceremony received 36 million views on X alone and over 5.2 million on the president’s personal YouTube page.

In addition to the president’s personal broadcasts of the event, ABC News, which aired Trump’s full speech on YouTube, reached over 1 million views as of Wednesday. CNN and The Daily Wire both received over 800,000 views on their YouTube livestreams, while MSNBC almost reached 1 million views on its full coverage of the ceremony as of Wednesday on the same platform.

The Associated Press’ YouTube livestream of the inauguration received 2.1 million views as of Wednesday.

On Rumble, Trump’s inaugural ceremony garnered 446,000 views, while the airing of the parade received 689,000 views.

Trump’s inauguration reached a peak of 34.4 million views around 12:15 p.m. on the major TV networks, while Biden’s reached 40 million and Trump’s first inaugural speech in 2017 reached a peak of 38.3 million views, according to Nielsen. The television viewership was lowest among individuals between the ages 18-34, an age group that has largely turned to digital platforms and podcast streams.

Nielsen analyzed the data from across 15 networks that aired the inauguration from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The networks analyzed were ABC, CBS, NBC, Merit Street Media, Telemundo, Univision, CNBC, CNN, CNN en español, FOX News Channel, FOX Business Network, MSNBC, Newsmax, NewsNation and PBS.

Cable news networks have witnessed a decline in viewership in recent years as a growing number of Americans, particularly young Americans, turn to streaming platforms and social media apps. In 2024, Fox News, CNN and MSNBC’s total viewership went down since 2020 and declined in viewership in the key 25-54 demographic, according to AdWeek.

MSNBC’s ratings plummeted by 53% immediately following Trump’s defeat of Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 election, while its primetime rating are currently down 58% since the election, according to The New York Times. Since the election, CNN witnessed a 45% drop in prime-time viewership.

CNN’s airing of the inauguration reached 1.7 million viewers, down from its 10 million views during Biden’s inauguration. MSNBC, which had 6.5 million views during Biden’s inauguration, garnered 848,000 during Trump’s speech. Fox News’ audience reached 10.3 million views, similar to its viewership of the president’s inauguration in 2017.

Trump appeared on a range of podcasts during the 2024 election, most notably “The Joe Rogan Experience” after his 18-year-old son, Barron, suggested that he make an appearance on the popular show. The president has largely credited his son for going on several widely streamed podcasts that are popular among Generation Z voters.

The Biden Regime Was an Amazing Collection of Criminals https://freerreport.com/the-biden-regime-was-an-amazing-collection-of-criminals/ https://freerreport.com/the-biden-regime-was-an-amazing-collection-of-criminals/#respond Wed, 22 Jan 2025 09:31:49 +0000 https://freerreport.com/the-biden-regime-was-an-amazing-collection-of-criminals/ (Paul Craig Roberts)—“In its final hours, the most CORRUPT Administration in American history is covering up Democrats’ trail of criminal activity.” — US Rep. Andrew Clyde

The Criminal-in-Chief in his last criminal act has issued a “preemptive pardon” to 20 criminals. Mass murderer “Covid-vax Fauci” got one and so did the despicable Liz Cheney and all members of the Jan. 6 House Committee that conducted the unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions of American citizens who attended the rally for President Trump. The “law enforcement” officers who worked to turn the protest into a riot got preemptive pardons.

Biden alleges that his pardons should not be viewed as confirmation that any of the preemptively pardoned persons did anything wrong.  If this is true, why did Biden pardon them?  Indeed, Biden’s pardons convict them. He knows firsthand that they are guilty just as he is, and that is why he pardoned them.

But did Biden pardon them?  There is no such thing as a preemptive pardon.  Pardons come after indictment or conviction, not before.  A preemptive pardon is an invention that is a product of the gradual transformation of a US president into a caesar who issues laws and rules independently of the legislature and Constitution.

Having presided for four years over politics prevailing over our legal institutions, Biden declares his optimism “that the strength of our legal institutions will ultimately prevail over politics.”

Having made Trump supporters and Trump himself the targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions,” Biden justifies pardons for those who conducted the unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions” on the grounds that they  “do not deserve to be the targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions.”

Keep in mind that Biden pardoned people on death row and 2,500 people convicted for drug offenses, but he could not find a single wrongful convicted January 6 protester to pardon.

I have little doubt that among the convicted murderers and drug offenders there are some innocent people, and I have little doubt that the January 6 rally attendees were prosecuted and convicted for political and propaganda reasons.

Biden says he has tried to convince Trump not “to go back and try to settle scores.”  Here we have Biden, as usual, mischaracterizing the situation. To hold government officials responsible for violating and weaponizing law is not a political settling of scores. It is enforcing the law in order to prevent its weaponization in the future and to hold officials to the same laws that apply to everyone else. The last thing we want is a system in which officials have immunity when they break the law.

All of the perpetrators of the illegal prosecutions of Trump, his attorneys, and the January 6 Trump supporters must be indicted and held accountable.

I doubt that Biden’s “preemptive” pardons are legal.  But if they are, we are still entitled to know the truth about the crimes.  Therefore, investigations and indictments should go forward. If they are found not guilty, they don’t need the pardon. If guilty, the pardon, if legal, protects them.  They certainly deserve a taste of the experience that they dished out to others.

Here’s How Traitor Joe’s Pardons Could “Bring More Damage to His Family” https://freerreport.com/heres-how-traitor-joes-pardons-could-bring-more-damage-to-his-family/ https://freerreport.com/heres-how-traitor-joes-pardons-could-bring-more-damage-to-his-family/#respond Wed, 22 Jan 2025 00:34:43 +0000 https://freerreport.com/heres-how-traitor-joes-pardons-could-bring-more-damage-to-his-family/ DCNF(DCNF)—Political analyst Mark Halperin explained Monday how former President Joe Biden’s pardons of his family members could harm them.

Biden pardoned his brothers Frank and James, James’ wife Sara Biden, his sister Valerie Owens and her husband, John Owens in one of his final acts as president. Halperin, on his “2WAY Presidential Inauguration Special,” noted that Biden’s sister Valerie has largely escaped “scrutiny” in the past but suggested the pardon may now put her under the spotlight.

“I’ll tell you an irony. The Clintons were worried that Donald Trump would prosecute them, and they didn’t. I don’t know that [President] Donald Trump would have. My guess is he wouldn’t have. He would not have asked his Justice Department to do it, and [Attorney General nominee] Pam Bondi wouldn’t have done it,” Halperin said. “And what this will do is revive interest in figuring out, particularly I think for Val, who has gotten favorable — she’s very nice, she’s great with reporters, she’s gotten almost no scrutiny.”

“Now there’s, I think, going to be reason to say, ‘Well, why’d Val get that?’ And so he may bring more damage to his family having done this, not because the courts [will] overturn it, but because questions will now be asked, at least by some,” he added.

The former president also pardoned his son Hunter in December after a Delaware jury convicted him on federal gun and tax charges. The pardons for Hunter and the former president’s five other family members all span back to 2014.

James was linked to Hunter’s overseas business operation, while Frank leveraged his brother’s inauguration in January 2021 to promote his law firm in Florida.

The former president said that his family members were victims of “the worst kind of partisan politics” in his statement announcing the pardon. He also issued preemptive pardons to former White House health adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley and Jan. 6 Committee members during the last hours of his presidency, stating they do not deserve to be “targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions.”

“Disastrously Bad”: Ex-CNN Analyst Goes Scorched Earth on Traitor Joe’s Pardons https://freerreport.com/disastrously-bad-ex-cnn-analyst-goes-scorched-earth-on-traitor-joes-pardons/ https://freerreport.com/disastrously-bad-ex-cnn-analyst-goes-scorched-earth-on-traitor-joes-pardons/#respond Wed, 22 Jan 2025 00:16:42 +0000 https://freerreport.com/disastrously-bad-ex-cnn-analyst-goes-scorched-earth-on-traitor-joes-pardons/ DCNF(DCNF)—Former CNN political analyst Chris Cillizza on Monday harshly criticized former President Joe Biden’s preemptive pardons of President Donald Trump’s political opponents.

Biden on Monday preemptively pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley and Jan. 6 committee members, stating that they do not deserve to be “targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions.” Cillizza, during an inauguration livestream on his YouTube channel, said Biden’s move was idiotic because of the harmful “precedent” it establishes and the hypocrisy it displays.

“I think it is disastrously bad. I think it is incredibly stupid. I think it sets a really dangerous precedent. I mean, look, Biden said he wouldn’t preemptively pardon people, and he said he was worried about Trump preemptively pardoning people at the end of 2020,” Cillizza said. “Like, you know, it just — it’s so hypocritical. I think it makes people look guilty too. Like, I actually don’t think it’s good. I think it makes Anthony Fauci or Mark Milley — like, why do they need to be pardoned if they’ve done nothing wrong?”

“But so I think it is really, really dumb. I can’t believe he did it. I think it’s really — whoever was advising him — really bad advice. I think the end of Biden’s presidency has been a total disaster,” he added. “From pardoning Hunter Biden until now, whether it’s the … pretending that the 28th Amendment was ratified, the ERA Amendment — like, it’s just been all over the place … And I just think it’s a disaster.”

Biden pardoned his son Hunter in December after a Delaware jury convicted him on federal gun charges and he pled guilty to federal tax charges in California. After the former president pardoned Trump’s rivals on Monday, he issued preemptive pardons for his brothers Frank and James, James’ wife Sara Biden, his sister Valerie Owens and her husband, John Owens shortly before Trump’s swearing-in ceremony.

Biden’s pardons for Hunter and his five additional family members all reach back to 2014. The former president asserted that his family members were victims of “the worst kind of partisan politics” in his statement announcing the pardon.

Trump considered preemptively pardoning his children during his last term, but opted not to.

“It concerns me, in terms of what kind of precedent it sets and how the rest of the world looks at us as a nation of laws and justice,” Biden said during a December 2020 CNN interview.

(Daily Signal)—Joe Biden is on his way out of office and as a farewell to all of us, he reviewed the state of affairs abroad to his own State Department. And he made a series of claims that were, to be frank, complete fabrications. He said that the world was calmer now than it was when he inherited.

He inherited a common world of affairs, calm world affairs where there was no war in the Middle East. There was no war in Ukraine. He took credit, if you can believe it, for saving Ukraine.

But when he entered office, remember what he said? He, first of all, said he was going to put on hold the weaponry and munitions necessary for Ukraine’s deterrence that Donald Trump had approved and he did. He was asked what would you do if Vladimir Putin should go into Ukraine. He said, it depends on whether it’s a major, a major invasion that had a green light effect on Vladimir Putin. So did the August, 2021 complete scram, skedaddle from Afghanistan, which we left $50 billion or so of munitions equipment.

We lost 13 great soldiers. We were completely humiliated. That left a signal to Vladimir Putin, as did this reality that Vladimir Putin prior to the Biden presidency had gone into other countries that has left his borders two out of the prior three administrations during the lame duck George W. Bush administration when he went into Georgia and Ossetia, and of course, during the vice presidency of Biden himself and Barack Obama during the Obama presidency, but not Donald Trump.

So you’re Vladimir Putin. You hear that he’s put on hold offensive weaponry to Ukraine. He suggested that he won’t react if it’s a minor invasion. You’ve seen what happened in Afghanistan, and you know that you were able to get away with it in a prior tenure in which Joe Biden participated as vice president.

So why would you claim that you had done this? Outstanding achievement and the war is not over. It’s the worst carnage in Europe since the battle of Stalingrad with 1.7 million dead, wounded or missing. It’s nothing to brag about. It’s a complete catastrophe and it was a result of deterrence being crushed. He also bragged about the Middle East.

He said Iran was, was weak. Yeah, it’s weak because Israel overrode your orders to them not to retaliate in kind when Iran sent 500 projectiles, drones, missiles, cruise missiles in two different occasions. And the Israelis were told not to reply in kind. The only reason that Iran is weak, is ’cause Israel bucked Joe Biden, and they did retaliate, not the way they wanted to, but enough to destroy the air defenses and humiliate Iran.

They were the ones that went into Hezbollah’s territory in Lebanon. Despite, not because of Joe Biden, they decapitated the hierarchy of Hezbollah. They were the ones who destroyed 70% of Hamas against, again, the wishes of Joe Biden. He said that he was tough on China. He said, China wasn’t our rival.

He allowed a Chinese spy balloon to traverse the United States. For a week, he did nothing. China has been buying systematically strategic acreage around our installations with no effect. China has some 20,000 single males who cross the border. For what purpose, we don’t know, except it must be nefarious.

China surely threatens Taiwan. And why? Well, that’s up to conjecture, but given Hunter Biden’s trips to China on Air Force Two during the vice presidency of Joe Biden and the monies that came from Chinese affiliated corporations, you can see that the Chinese at least believe that he is compromised, he being Joe Biden, by extension, the whole Biden family.

So there’s nothing to brag about. And when you look at the military, he said that, I’m the first president that, that will leave no Afghanistan for my incoming successor. That’s like saying, I lost D-Day, so we pulled out of World War II, and then Harry Truman, if you were going to imagine a conversation with a live [Franklin Delano Roosevelt] FDR, he had no war in World War II, because I lost it.

Yes, Donald Trump didn’t have a war in Afghanistan because you lost it and you humiliated us and you destroyed deterrence. So, you add it all up. I’m sorry. I’m animated. I could go on, but this was the single greatest disaster in foreign policy in a century. And yet he had the audacity to go before the state department and claim it was a great success. And I don’t know whether we should laugh or cry.

Biden’s Legacy: Covid Persecution, Censorship, and Across-the-Board Oppression https://freerreport.com/bidens-legacy-covid-persecution-censorship-and-across-the-board-oppression/ https://freerreport.com/bidens-legacy-covid-persecution-censorship-and-across-the-board-oppression/#respond Mon, 20 Jan 2025 05:21:53 +0000 https://freerreport.com/bidens-legacy-covid-persecution-censorship-and-across-the-board-oppression/ (Brownstone)—Joe Biden’s presidency ends on January 20, 2025. There will likely be a media stampede to hallow his reign and trumpet his virtues. But Biden perpetually trampled his January 20, 2021, oath to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

In his 2022 State of the Union address, Biden declared, “When dictators do not pay a price for their aggression, they keep moving.” And he kept moving until his own political party dumped him. Later in 2022, President Biden proclaimed that “liberty is under assault.” But he was referring solely to a few court rulings of which he disapproved, not to the federal supremacy he championed for almost 50 years in the Senate and the White House.

The absurdity of the Biden reign was epitomized in July when he was browbeaten into ending his reelection campaign. In Biden’s 11-minute speech announcing that decision, everything was sacred — including the Oval Office (“this sacred space”), “the sacred cause of this country,” “the “sacred task of perfecting our Union,” and the “sacred idea” of America. Biden announced that “I revere this office” — a hint that viewers should revere him, too. Biden has worshiped political power his entire life — and so it was no surprise that religiosity suffused his valedictory address.

Biden asked: “Does character in public life still matter?” That signaled that most of the cover-ups of his abuses and potential kickbacks will continue at least until January. No wonder Hunter Biden had a big smile as he sat just outside of the video sweep in the Oval Office. But Biden never permitted his Attorney General, Merrick Garland, to release the audiotape of Biden’s bumbling interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur — perhaps the single biggest step toward Biden’s expulsion from American political life.

Biden told viewers of that July spiel: “Nothing can come in the way of saving our democracy.” So Democratic Party bosses had no choice but to nullify 15 million primary ballots cast for Biden and jam a replacement candidate down the nation’s throat. For years, the Democratic Party has equated vanquishing or destroying Trump with saving democracy, justifying any tactic — fair or foul — to thwart him. Ginning up bogus criminal charges to get Trump locked away from voters? Check. Using the FBI and other federal agencies to target anyone who is too enthusiastic about MAGA? Check.

Perhaps Biden’s biggest innovation was his doctrine that preserving democracy requires destroying freedom of speech. His appointees launched the Disinformation Governance Board to police Americans’ criticisms of government and plenty of other topics. The Orwellian name helped torpedo that board, but that was not even the tip of the iceberg of federal abuses. A federal appeals court slammed the Biden administration for conducting an unconstitutional censorship “pressure campaign designed to coerce social-media companies into suppressing speakers, viewpoints, and content disfavored by the government.” That same court found that censors especially targeted speech by conservatives and Republicans.

For at least 15 years, Biden has relied on a two-step routine — ruthlessly vilifying his opponents and then appealing to “our better angels,” a phrase recycled from Lincoln’s first inaugural address. Biden lulled listeners into assuming he is personally one of those “better angels” as he flailed anyone in the way of his latest power grab.

From portraying any Republican who wanted to cut domestic spending as a “terrorist” in 2011, to claiming that Mitt Romney wanted to put black people back “in chains” in the 2012 presidential campaign, to endlessly misrepresenting the 2017 violence at a Charlottesville protest, Biden out-Nixoned Nixon. The media has sainted Biden on civil rights despite his championing crime legislation in the Senate that vastly increased the number of black and Hispanic citizens sent to prison. In a 2019 piece headlined “Joe Biden and the Era of Mass Incarceration,” the New York Times hyped Biden’s favorite fix: “Lock the S.O.B.s up!”

In his final full month before being demoted to lame-duck status, Biden made one last lunge to portray himself as a savior of the Constitution. After a Supreme Court decision blocked rigged political prosecutions of former President Trump, an outraged Biden condemned the decision. Seemingly speaking down from Mount Olympus, Biden declared that presidents “face moments where you need the wisdom to respect the limits of the power of the office of the presidency.” But then he claimed, “I know I will respect the limits of the presidential power, as I have for 3½ years.” That line obliterated all the president’s lofty pretenses.

While Biden piously invoked the “rule of law” in that brief statement, he consistently behaved as if his good intentions entitled him to dictatorial power. Biden speedily followed up by proposing a “No One Is Above the Law” constitutional amendment. But Biden would have been more honest if he labeled his pitch the “No One Is Above the Law Except Me” amendment.

In the same week that Biden trumpeted his proposed amendment, he announced new schemes to avoid complying with the Supreme Court ruling forbidding him from illegally and unilaterally forgiving hundreds of billions of dollars of federal student debt owed by 30 million people. Biden then openly bragged that the decision striking down his program “didn’t stop me” from canceling student-loan debt with one new scheme after another. No wonder almost half of student-loan debtors are not bothering to pay what they owe Uncle Sam.

The Biden administration presumed that federal policymakers are an elite automatically entitled to domineer other Americans. For example, Biden championed Covid vaccines as panaceas for the pandemic, promising that people who got injections would not get Covid. After vaccines massively failed to prevent Covid infections, the White House strong-armed the Food and Drug Administration to speedily bestow full approval on the Pfizer vax regardless of myocarditis problems. Biden then dictated that 100 million American adults must get those vaccines.

In January 2022, the Supreme Court struck down Biden’s vaccine mandate for 84 million employees of large private companies. The Supreme Court also struck down Biden’s illegal extension of a Covid-era eviction moratorium, scoffing at the administration’s attempt to justify the edict via an old law dealing with “fumigation and pest extermination.” But the president’s team perpetuated the Covid emergency and all the additional powers for the White House as long as possible. Team Biden even dictated that two-year-old children in Head Start must wear masks all day. But that wasn’t dictatorial because children were permitted to briefly remove the masks when they ate meals.

Americans have long groused about TSA agents browbeating them to “show your papers” prior to groin-grabbing “enhanced pat-downs.” The Biden administration solved the paperwork problem by permitting illegal aliens to board domestic flights merely by showing their arrest warrants from the Department of Homeland Security. Sen. Jim Risch (R-Idaho) growled: “If an Idahoan gets a speeding ticket, they can’t use the ticket to board a plane, so why does the president seem to think an illegal immigrant’s arrest warrant is a valid form of identification to board a plane?”

TSA wizards recently launched a social media campaign to ridicule their victims, demeaning any American who does not approach a TSA checkpoint practically stripped down like a convict entering a prison shower. The failures of TSA’s Whole Body Scanners are legendary, but that didn’t deter Biden TSA policymakers from launching a vast facial-recognition system that even the Washington Post condemned.

Biden weaponized federal law at the same time he exempted himself and his appointees from the statute book. FBI agents conducted a heavily televised raid in August 2022 on Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, Florida, seizing 33 boxes of evidence and documents. Five months later, the Justice Department announced that Biden may have also wrongfully stored or possessed numerous classified documents in his home and offices. Trump was swiftly indicted for his alleged offenses, while Biden was effectively absolved because jurors would likely see him as an elderly man with a bad memory. Although Biden was unfit to prosecute, he remained fit to possess almost boundless power over America and much of the world — at least until Democratic Party poohbahs and billionaire donors carried out a de facto coup ending his reelection campaign.

Biden is seeking to portray himself as the patron saint of the Rule of Law. The president spoke in July 2024 as if he worshipped legal procedures, but his devotion is selective.

Biden has stretched executive power far beyond reason — from his attempt to use the school-lunch program to force public schools to permit mixed-gender showers and bathrooms to his perversion of Title IX to risk crippling girls’ sports. To complement those power grabs, the Biden White House continually expanded the target list for federal investigations and surveillance — including angry parents at school board meetings and frustrated young guys supposedly prone to “involuntary celibate violent extremism.”

The FBI has illegally wiretapped more than 3 million Americans in recent years, but the Biden administration recently torpedoed Congressional efforts to curb that surveillance crime spree. The FBI has 80 agents on a task force to curb “subversive data utilized to drive a wedge between the populace and the government.” Multiple FBI offices across the nation may have secretly infiltrated church services to “identify the bad Catholics” (those who prefer traditional church services), according to FBI memos and whistleblowers. An FBI analysis justifying the targeting of Catholics portrayed rosaries as extremist symbols that helped justify federal targeting. The FBI aided Team Biden in portraying “white supremacy” as the nation’s greatest terror threat by arresting legions of people who were guilty of “parading without a permit” during the January 6 protest at the Capitol. The FBI classified all 1,000 people arrested on charges linked to January 6 as domestic terrorists — including peaceful grandmothers. No wonder people joke that FBI now stands for “Following Biden’s Instructions.”

In a spiel last summer before Democratic Party leaders labeled him mentally unfit, Biden invoked “the character of George Washington,” which he said “defined the presidency” with his belief that “power was limited, not absolute.” Biden claimed that “character” was the only restraint on White House power — suggesting that Americans were luckier than ever to have him in the Oval Office. Biden pirouetting as a constitutional vestal virgin is on par with Henry Kissinger winning the Nobel Peace Prize after ravaging Southeast Asia — an award that spurred Tom Lehrer to proclaim that satire was dead.

Biden did not permit his victory laps to interfere with his ongoing cover-ups designed to assure that Americans remained ignorant of Biden administration scandals till after Election Day. Americans did not learn the hard facts (despite a Congressional investigation) about allegations of Tim Walz’s connections to the Chinese Communist Party, the full details on the Secret Service’s failure to protect Trump, or the White House string-pulling for the federal censors muzzling countless Americans to safeguard the Biden administration’s reputation. And the Biden White House continued deluging Americans with phony claims of progress in Ukraine’s war against Russia while refusing to disclose almost any details on exactly how the US was intervening and risking World War Three.

Rather than pound the White House for belated disclosures that could change the outcome of the election, much of the media simply continued reciting “Orange Man Bad.” If The Wizard of Oz was a contemporary political campaign story, the media would overwhelmingly side with the guy behind the curtain. Nowadays, withholding evidence is the only proof of innocence required in Washington.

At a 2023 Juneteenth celebration, Biden proclaimed that he would need a second term to “literally redeem the soul of America.” Biden missed that train. He also missed the chance to satisfy his gender-fluid supporters by publicly coming out and personally identifying as “nondictator.”

Biden helped turn Washington into an Impunity Democracy in which government officials pay no price for their crimes. Thanks in part to Biden’s efforts stretching back to the Nixon era, Americans today are more likely to believe in witches, ghosts, and astrology than to trust the federal government. But Biden’s apologists will seek to redeem his name in the history books by defining down ‘dictator’. Instead of designating a ruler who tramples the law and Constitution, “dictatorship” will only refer to presidents who publicly proclaim their plans to do bad things to good people.

Traitor Joe Unilaterally Declares Changes to the Constitution With Two Days Left in Office https://freerreport.com/traitor-joe-unilaterally-declares-changes-to-the-constitution-with-two-days-left-in-office/ https://freerreport.com/traitor-joe-unilaterally-declares-changes-to-the-constitution-with-two-days-left-in-office/#respond Sat, 18 Jan 2025 13:22:16 +0000 https://freerreport.com/traitor-joe-unilaterally-declares-changes-to-the-constitution-with-two-days-left-in-office/ DCNF(DCNF)—President Joe Biden released a statement Friday declaring that the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) “has become part of our Constitution.”

Biden asserted that as of 2020, 38 states have ratified the amendment and stated it should now be recognized as “the law of the land,” according to a White House press release. The amendment is meant to ensure equal rights for men and women in the U.S., but some interpretations of the text have implied it would erase gender distinctions and grant abortion protections.

“The American Bar Association (ABA) has recognized that the Equal Rights Amendment has cleared all necessary hurdles to be formally added to the Constitution as the 28th Amendment,” the White House statement reads. “I agree with the ABA and with leading legal constitutional scholars that the Equal Rights Amendment has become part of our Constitution.”

“As Archivist and Deputy Archivist of the United States, it is our responsibility to uphold the integrity of the constitutional amendment process and ensure that changes to the Constitution are carried out in accordance with the law,” Archivist of the United States Dr. Colleen Shogan and Deputy Archivist William J. Bosanko said in a statement in Dec. 2024. “At this time, the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) cannot be certified as part of the Constitution due to established legal, judicial, and procedural decisions.”

The National Archives informed the Daily Caller News Foundation that this remains their position and that “the underlying legal and procedural issues have not changed.”

The amendment was passed by Congress in 1972 but failed to be ratified by the required three-quarters of states within the seven-year deadline.

Biden’s announcement was released as the president has only days remaining in office.

The White House did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

4 Ways Biden Is Sabotaging Trump on His Way Out of Office https://freerreport.com/4-ways-biden-is-sabotaging-trump-on-his-way-out-of-office/ https://freerreport.com/4-ways-biden-is-sabotaging-trump-on-his-way-out-of-office/#respond Thu, 16 Jan 2025 22:22:49 +0000 https://freerreport.com/4-ways-biden-is-sabotaging-trump-on-his-way-out-of-office/ President Biden has less than a week left in the White House, but that doesn’t mean he’s down for the count quite yet.

Next Monday, January 20th, President-elect Trump will be officially sworn into office, marking the beginning of his second term. But after such a bitter and contentious election, the Democrats aren’t ready to roll over. Instead, they have been working around the clock to ensure that Trump will face as many obstacles and challenges as possible the minute he is sworn in. These political landmines are designed to sabotage his presidency—at the cost of the well-being of the American people.

Biden’s job approval rating currently sits around 38.7 percent, one of the lowest approval ratings of any president, he has nothing to lose from these reckless ploys. Here are four ways Biden and the Left are trying to sabotage Trump:

Pardoning criminals

In November, President Biden customarily pardoned the Thanksgiving turkey … along with his son Hunter and dozens of other controversial criminals, including 37 felons on death row. Hunter’s 11-year-long blanket immunity sets a dangerous precedent for future presidents, and we may never know the full extent of the Biden family’s crimes and corruption.

Destroying U.S. energy

Biden has made several moves that have damaged America’s ability to produce its energy independently, including canceling the Keystone XL pipeline on his first day in office. Earlier this month, Biden signed another order that has dire consequences for the energy sector, effectively blocking any new drilling off the U.S. coast indefinitely. This not only further kneecaps the U.S. oil industry during a time when gas and energy prices are on the rise, but moreover, the way the executive order was written means Trump will have a much harder time undoing it. Thanks, Biden. […]
