Super Sanctuary San Diego Loses Funding and the Military Has Arrived

Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that the Department of Justice is enacting a ban on federal funding to sanctuary jurisdictions. This includes San Diego County, where its Board of Supervisors voted to become a “Super Sanctuary” county despite citizens begging for them to control the illegal invasion.

AG Bondi banned federal funding from the Department of Justice to sanctuary cities and counties, including San Diego County.

San Diego County voted in December to become a “sanctuary county.” The County is one of the areas potentially affected by the policy. The county’s current stance is to uphold federal law while not using local resources to assist in federal immigration enforcement.

Terra Lawson-Remer, acting chair of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors, said that the county’s policy would not change in response to Bondi’s directive.

“We are not going to be participating in any type of effort around mass deportations,” Lawson-Remer told CBS 8. “I’m very clear that it is a terrible waste of public resources in addition to it being frankly unconscionable.” […]

Microsoft Disavows a Newsguard Scam But Supports Its Tool

In December, Cruz fired off a strongly-worded letter to CEO Satya Nadella demanding answers about Microsoft’s promotion and apparent funding of the online “media literacy” tool and their efforts to silence conservative voices.

The self-appointed fact-checkers of Newsguard prevent reputable publishers from getting advertisements. Newsguard mostly attacks publications on the Right, exaggerates, lies, claims opinions are factually incorrect, and notifies ad companies that their targets must not carry their ads. They share the information with social media, telling them their targets are posting fake news.

Co–editors–in–chief and investors are Steven Brill and Gordon Crovitz. Brill is a sketchy businessman, and Crovitz is tied to George Soros. [see video below]

President Trump’s Two-Part Plan to Diminish or Abolish the DoE

The Trump administration has begun drafting an executive order to kick off the process of eliminating the Department of Education. This is one of Donald Trump’s campaign promises.

According to CNN, the move would come in two parts. The order would direct the Secretary of Education to create a plan to diminish the department through executive action.

CNN stated that Trump would also push for Congress to pass legislation to end the department, as those working on the order acknowledge that shuttering the department would require Congress’ involvement.

The president said Tuesday he wants his secretary of Education pick, Linda McMahon, to “put herself out of a job.”

As a former educator, I wouldn’t miss it. DoE mostly passed down mandates without funding, and many were not a good idea for every school. They were one size fits all.

ICE Rounds Up Gang Members, Criminals in the NYC Hellhole

ICE is in Manhattan, taking down gangsters from Venezuela and other criminals. New York attracts some of the worst criminals in the world because of its sanctuary status. The criminals also come for the lax judicial system that doesn’t see stealing as much of a crime. It’s the perfect place for criminals from around the world. They can commit crimes, they’re hidden and protected, and they get immediately released from prison if they do get arrested. They can even beat up the police.

However, the federal government, ICE, is now in Manhattan.

Until now, the illegal alien gangs were unstoppable. They are being rounded up. America’s Most Wanted was caught in a New York apartment.

They are finding gun smugglers, shoplifters destroying New York City businesses, and other criminals. Democrats think it’s compassion to put them on the streets when they belong in prison to protect the innocent citizens.

After two to three years, they are embedded in the city and they are only in New York to commit crimes without restrictions. […]

LA Mayor Bass Plans an Equitable, Sustainable Rebuilt Palisades

Los Angeles’s Mayor Karen Bass, who said her revolutionary communist days were behind her, plans to hire an outside consultant to rebuild Palisades “in a more equitable and environmentally sustainable way.” Hopefully, the beautiful Americana of the Palisades won’t end up with affordable density housing that reminds one of Krushchevkas.

People are worried about the 15-minute cities popping up in the burnt-out areas.

The owners of Palisades better get those recall petitions ready. She made her decision without any consultation with the residents. She will hire an outside consultant without consultation with residents.

The Los Angeles Times reported that Bass announced her intention to hire a consultant to handle the rebuilding as a construction manager:

Trump Signs an Executive Order to Overhaul or Abolish FEMA

On Sunday, President Trump signed an executive order that aims to overhaul or potentially abolish the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

The order calls for the creation of a task force called the Federal Emergency Management Agency Review Council to review the agency and recommend changes in a report. These changes could include abolishing the agency. In that case, Congress would make the decision.

The Council will be composed of the Secretaries of Homeland Security and Defense, as well as experts from the private sector.

There are reports that FEMA has deliberately ignored Republican areas of the country when his by disaster, particularly after Hurricanes Helene and Milton. They were allegedly ignored because they are Republican.

In an interview with Sean Hannity last week, Trump said, “FEMA is getting in the way of everything.” […]

Rob Schmitt asked Tom Homan about the Pope’s harsh comments about the US’s planned mass deportation efforts. Mr. Homan told the Pope to concentrate on the Church because it’s a mess.

Rob Schmitt: The Pope this week said that it’s a disgrace what we’re now doing with this new government, deporting all of these people we’ve got, you know. Obviously there’s, there’s going to be a lot of media searching for the sad stories here, trying to turn public opinion against this operation. What’s your message to the American people as you got to do this work?

Tom Homan: Well, let me give a message to the Pope. I’m a lifelong Catholic. I was born Catholic. I’ve been through Catholic doctrine. He should only concentrate on fixing the Catholic Church, first of all. He’s got big problems there.

And the Vatican – they have a wall around the Vatican. If you enter the Vatican, the crime is serious; you know, you’ll be charged with serious crimes and jailed. So he can protect the Vatican where he lives. He can build a wall where he lives. Where Americans live, American people are not allowed that?

Kamala Won’t Show the Vance Family Around the VP Residence

According to CBS News, Vice President Kamala Harris has declined an invitation to Vance so he and his family can tour the Naval Observatory, the vice president’s official residence since 1977.

Harris’ team reportedly defended her decision not to invite the Vance’s. They claimed Harris was busy focusing on a canceled overseas trip and the California wildfires. It’s doubtful that she has done a thing about the wildfires.

Republican and Democrat sources reportedly told the news outlet that Harris had still not extended any formal sit-downs or invitations to J.D. Vance to tour the residence.
