A now-former Hutto Independent School District administrator was caught on camera coaching an undercover journalist on how to circumvent state law and allow a boy to play in girls’ sports.

The journalist from Accuracy In Media posed as a parent and asked how her “transgender” daughter—who is biologically a boy—could participate in the girls’ soccer league.

Keyawna Glaze, the district’s diversity, equity, and inclusion director, coached the journalist on how she could get the birth certificate changed in a different state to align with the child’s self-identifying sex.

“So, there’s workarounds,” Glaze said, laughing. “You didn’t hear it from me.”

Dallas ICE Arrests Guatemalan Man Hiding in Texas, Wanted for Murder

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested 37-year-old Dennis Alexander Valenzuela last week in Fort Worth. Valenzuela, a Guatemalan national, had been living illegally in Texas and was wanted for murder back in his home country of Guatemala.

ICE officials confirmed that Valenzuela entered the country illegally near Hidalgo, Texas, in June of 2021, per a news release published on Wednesday. The man had not been admitted or paroled by any immigration officer on record.

“Our officers pursue criminal aliens who attempt to hide in the shadows of our communities daily,” said ICE Dallas Field Office Director Joshua Johnson.

“The apprehension and pending removal of this individual underscores our dedication to upholding the laws of our country and safeguarding our communities,” he added.

Valenzuela, who has been linked to a murder charge back in Guatemala, will remain in custody at the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas, while awaiting criminal proceedings. […]

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is continuing to search for illegal aliens and is reportedly using a downtown Austin building as a detainment center.

ICE is reportedly utilizing the J.J. Pickle Federal Building on East 8th Street to detain illegal aliens prior to their deportation, according to KXAN.

At least 26 people have been detained at the building since January 26, which is when ICE began conducting “enhanced targeted operations” throughout the city, KXAN reported.

The use of this building prompted groups of protestors to surround the area last weekend and express their disagreement with the practices, with one protestor reportedly calling the potential deportees the “epitome of the American Dream,” per Texas Scorecard.

Gov. Greg Abbott has issued a new directive to state agency heads, telling them to reject what he described in a press release as “radical sexual orientation and gender identity ideologies,” confirming the state’s commitment to what he calls a “biological reality.”

In a letter sent to agency leaders earlier this week, Abbott spoke about his administration’s commitment to following state and federal laws, especially in response to Biden’s past efforts to expand gender recognition laws beyond male and female.

The governor’s letter states that “The State of Texas recognizes only two sexes — male and female” and “sex discrimination consists in treating a member of one sex less favorably than the other, absent some pertinent difference.”

Texas Christian radio station 94.9 FM KLTY is set to go quiet after four decades on the air, according to an announcement from the North Texas broadcaster.

“It’s with heavy hearts that we tell you that 94.9 KLTY is coming to a close on January 31st. We are so incredibly blessed to have had the honor to serve each of you in North Texas for the last 40 years,” read a message the station posted to Instagram on January 17.

While KLTY will be no more, 94.9 FM will continue broadcasting Christian music under the call letter KLOVE.

“You’ve listened since you were a kid and now your kids listen and in some cases, you’re grandkids now listen!” the post continued.

“Friday, January 31st will be 94.9 KLTY’s last day to broadcast in Dallas/Fort Worth. Beginning the following day, your favorite Christian music will continue on 94.9 as KLOVE. The Dallas Express has been notified that a warrant has been issued and executed regarding child pornography images at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.

The images have been secured as potential evidence and will not be visible to the public while the investigation is pending.

As previously reported by The Dallas Express, we received a tip from a Fort Worth resident who informed us that the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth was currently exhibiting a collection called Diaries of Home. The documentary photography includes pictures of naked children and LGBTQ+ content.

The Dallas Express visited the museum and saw several pictures featuring naked children. One photo showed a nude girl jumping on top of a table. Another depicted a naked boy with an unknown liquid substance and his genitals exposed.

Tarrant County Judge Tim O’Hare called for a criminal investigation. […]
