  • A study has found a strong connection between exposure to microplastics and health problems such as infertility, colon cancer and poor lung function after reviewing 3,000 studies.
  • Microplastics are present in air, water, food and human bodies, including crucial organs like the brain and placenta. They can enter the body via inhalation, ingestion and other means.
  • Once inside the body, microplastics can remain for a long time and damage organs and tissues, leading to an increased risk of reproductive health issues, digestive system damage that may lead to colon cancer and chronic lung inflammation that may increase the risk of lung cancer and other respiratory diseases.
  • With plastic production set to triple by 2060, researchers stress the need for immediate policy changes and personal actions to limit microplastic exposure and protect human and planetary health.
  • Individuals are advised to minimize exposure by reducing plastics use at home, such as by using reusable bags, choosing glass or stainless steel containers for storing food and supporting policies that limit single-use plastics.
  • (Natural News)—Researchers from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) have confirmed that exposure to microplastics has a strong link to a range of serious illnesses, including infertility, colon cancer and poor lung function.

The researchers reviewed around 3,000 studies that have linked microplastics exposure to these health issues.

Microplastics are, in essence, tiny particles of plastic. When they enter the body through inhalation, ingestion or other means they can get stuck in tissues and even make their way into the bloodstream.

When these microplastics remain in the body – which they can do for a long time – the body’s immune system recognizes them as foreign invaders and responds by setting off a cascade of inflammation. If this inflammation fails to dislodge the microplastics, it can lead to chronic inflammation that can harm various organs and tissues, leading to long-term damage and a host of health issues.

One of the most concerning findings of the study is the link between microplastics and reproductive health. Both men and women are at risk.

For men, these tiny particles can disrupt the hormonal balance essential for healthy sperm production, potentially leading to decreased sperm count and quality. In women, exposure can affect ovarian function and the development of the placenta, impacting pregnancy outcomes. The research even discovered a connection between microplastics in a woman’s placenta and low birth weight.

The study also highlights the danger microplastics pose to the digestive system. When these particles enter the colon, they can damage the protective mucus layer, paving the way for potential tumor development. The researchers suspect that microplastics may play a role in the development of colon cancer.

Microplastics also pose a great danger to respiratory health. When these particles are inhaled, they can settle in the lungs, causing chronic inflammation and injury. Over time, this can greatly reduce lung function and increase the risk of respiratory diseases such as lung cancer.

Researchers call for policy changes to limit microplastics exposure

With more than 460 million metric tons of plastic produced annually and production expected to triple by 2060, the implications of this research are daunting. The study’s authors stress the urgent need for regulatory agencies and policy makers to take action to reduce microplastic exposure and mitigate its health impacts.

“We urge regulatory agencies and policy leaders to consider the growing evidence of health harms from microplastics, including colon and lung cancer,” said Nicholas Chartres of UCSF’s Program on Reproductive Health and the Environment and the study’s first author.

  • The U.S. manufacturing industry shed 26,000 jobs in November, following a loss of 19,000 jobs in October
  • Private employers added 146,000 jobs in November, falling short of analysts’ expectations of 150,000, with goods-producing industries showing only a 6,000-job gain.
  • Manufacturing was the weakest sector, and another report highlighted that the industry has been contracting for eight consecutive months.
  • The manufacturing sector faces ongoing challenges, including sluggish global growth, high financing costs, and uncertain U.S. policy, which may persist into 2025.
  • Despite manufacturing struggles, the U.S. economy is projected to grow at a 3.2 percent annual rate in the fourth quarter, with annual pay growth increasing by 4.8 percent.
  • (Natural News)—The manufacturing industry of the United States experienced a significant decline in employment in November, shedding 26,000 jobs.

This is according to the latest National Endowment Report from human resources management firm Automatic Data Processing (ADP), noting that the manufacturing industry continues to struggle under the administration of outgoing President Joe Biden, following a loss of 19,000 jobs in October.

The report, released on Dec. 4, revealed that private employers across the country added a total of 146,000 jobs in November, falling short of analysts’ expectations of 150,000 new positions. The weakness in goods-producing industries was evident, with a net gain of only 6,000 jobs in this category.

Nela Richardson, ADP chief economist, noted that while overall growth for the month was “healthy,” industry performance was mixed. “Manufacturing was the weakest we’ve seen since spring. Financial services and leisure and hospitality were also soft,” she stated.

The construction sector added 30,000 jobs in November, while the mining and natural resources industry saw a modest increase of 2,000 jobs. However, the manufacturing sector’s job losses extended the contraction that has been ongoing for months.

The Institute for Supply Management’s (ISM) latest manufacturing activity report further underscored the sector’s challenges. In November, the manufacturing sector contracted for the eighth consecutive month and the twenty-fourth time in the last 25 months.

Timothy Fiore, chair of the ISM’s manufacturing business committee, reported that 66 percent of manufacturing GDP contracted in November, up from 63 percent in October.

While there were some positive indicators, such as new orders expanding for the first time in eight months and input costs rising at a slower pace, the overall picture remained one of continued weakness, including a reduction in factory employment.

Job openings, new hires in manufacturing dropping since October

The ADP report aligns with data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), which showed a decline in both job openings and hires in the manufacturing sector in October. The most recent nonfarm payrolls report from BLS also indicated that manufacturing lost 6,000 jobs in September, with job losses increasing to 46,000 in October.

Economists polled by Reuters predict that the U.S. economy added 200,000 positions last month, following a weak gain of 12,000 jobs in October, the lowest figure since December 2020.

Richard Moody, chief economist at Regions Financial Corporation, highlighted the ongoing challenges facing the manufacturing sector.

“Over the past several months, we’ve noted that the manufacturing sector seemed more or less stuck in a holding pattern, with sluggish global economic growth, still-high financing costs, and an uncertain outlook for U.S. tax, regulatory, and trade policy acting as stiff headwinds,” he wrote in a recent note.

Moody added that despite the election being over, the policy outlook remains uncertain, which will likely keep the manufacturing sector on “very tentative footing into 2025.”

The ongoing slump in manufacturing is a key issue facing the incoming administration of President-elect Donald Trump, who has proposed plans to revive the sector, including cutting regulations and lowering energy costs for consumers and businesses. (Related: Trump vows to implement new tax incentives that would boost U.S. auto manufacturing industry.)

Despite the challenges in manufacturing, the U.S. economy appears to have retained its momentum from the third quarter. The latest GDP estimate for the fourth quarter projects the economy growing at 3.2 percent in annual terms, up from the 2.8 percent pace of growth in the July–September period, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

The November ADP National Employment Report also provided insights into annual pay growth, which increased by 4.8 percent year-over-year. The report, produced by ADP Research in collaboration with the Stanford Digital Economy Lab, uses anonymized payroll data from more than 25 million U.S. employees to offer a detailed and high-frequency view of the private-sector labor market. The report’s pay measure uniquely captures the earnings of a cohort of almost 10 million employees over a 12-month period.

In summary, the U.S. labor market showed mixed performance in November, with the manufacturing sector continuing to struggle while the services sector demonstrated resilience. The data highlights the ongoing challenges facing the manufacturing industry, which remains under pressure from global economic uncertainty and policy headwinds.

    Russia Considering Developing a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve https://freerreport.com/russia-considering-developing-a-strategic-bitcoin-reserve/ https://freerreport.com/russia-considering-developing-a-strategic-bitcoin-reserve/#respond Fri, 13 Dec 2024 14:53:22 +0000 https://freerreport.com/russia-considering-developing-a-strategic-bitcoin-reserve/
  • The Russian government is exploring the creation of a strategic Bitcoin reserve to enhance the country’s financial stability amid economic sanctions and global financial unpredictability.
  • Russia argues a Bitcoin reserve is immune to international sanctions and offers an alternative to traditional currency reserves that are subject to inflation and geopolitical pressures.
  • Russia’s leadership has shown increasing openness toward cryptocurrencies. The country has legalized Bitcoin mining and cryptocurrency usage, and is experimenting with cross-border crypto payments.
  • The proposal comes with risks, including Bitcoin’s price volatility and the decentralized nature of the cryptocurrency, which limits government control.
  • If realized, Russia’s Bitcoin reserve could signal a shift away from traditional financial systems towards a decentralized future, potentially influencing other countries to consider incorporating cryptocurrencies into their financial strategies.
  • (Natural News)—In a move that could reshape the global financial landscape, Russia is considering creating a strategic Bitcoin reserve.

The proposal was put forward by State Duma Deputy Anton Tkachev of the opposition New People party. This initiative aims to bolster Russia’s financial stability in the face of an increasingly hostile economic environment, particularly in light of international sanctions.

Tkachev has submitted a proposal to Russian Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov proposing the creation of a national Bitcoin reserve that acts similarly to other traditional currency reserves. Tkachev argues that traditional reserves, such as the dollar, euro and yuan, are subject to inflation and the whims of international sanctions.

Bitcoin, on the other hand, is a decentralized, digital currency that operates outside the control of any single nation, offering a new and independent alternative. (Related: Plunder capitalism: Is the Bitcoin strategic reserve trial balloon the next step in the great American land grab?)

Kremlin’s interest in Bitcoin has been growing amid sanctions

The Russian government’s interest in Bitcoin is not new. In recent years, Russia has shown increasing openness toward cryptocurrencies.

President Vladimir Putin, who once expressed skepticism about Bitcoin, now views it as an “unstoppable technology” with significant potential. Last year, Putin even signed a law that legalizes Bitcoin mining and the use of cryptocurrencies within the country.

The Central Bank of Russia is already experimenting with cross-border payments in cryptocurrencies, reflecting a growing interest in blockchain-based financial systems. A strategic Bitcoin reserve would build on this trend, allowing Russia to participate more fully in the global cryptocurrency economy.

By including Bitcoin in its reserves, Russia can diversify its economic portfolio and reduce its dependence on traditional financial systems. This move could position Russia as a leader in the emerging blockchain economy.

However, the proposal also comes with risks. Bitcoin’s price can be highly volatile, and its decentralized nature means that no government or central bank can control its value. For a country like Russia, which has a history of financial instability, the idea of relying on a cryptocurrency known for its volatility might seem counterintuitive.

If Russia proceeds with its plan to create a strategic Bitcoin reserve, the implications could be far-reaching. For Russia, it could be a bold step towards financial independence and stability. For the global economy, it could signal a shift away from traditional financial systems and towards a more decentralized, blockchain-based future.

However, this move also risks drawing attention from international bodies like the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, which may view it as a challenge to the existing global financial order. Russia’s experiment with Bitcoin reserves could set a precedent that others may follow, potentially reshaping the way countries manage their finances.

Watch this report discussing how the price of one bitcoin reached the all-time high of $100,000.

  • President-elect Donald Trump has nominated Rodney Scott to lead the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Caleb Vitello to head the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), highlighting their extensive experience in immigration enforcement.
  • Scott, a 30-year veteran of the U.S. Border Patrol, previously served as Chief of the Border Patrol, during which time he implemented policies like Remain in Mexico, Title 42 and Safe Third Agreements, achieving record-low illegal immigration levels.
  • Vitello, currently assistant director at ICE’s Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs, is praised for his leadership and commitment to ICE’s mission, particularly in addressing illegal alien crime.
  • Trump’s second administration aims to strengthen immigration enforcement through measures like completing the border wall, reinstating the Remain in Mexico policy and conducting a large-scale deportation program, while also considering ending birthright citizenship for children of illegal migrants.
  • Trump has appointed Tom Homan as border czar and Stephen Miller as White House deputy chief of staff for policy, signaling a hardline approach to immigration. Additionally, South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem has been nominated to lead the Department of Homeland Security, further emphasizing Trump’s commitment to border security and immigration reform.
  • (Natural News)—President-elect Donald Trump has revealed his picks for the top roles at two key immigration enforcement agencies, attesting to his choices’ track records in immigration policy.

The real estate mogul announced his nominations on Truth Social. Rodney Scott, a veteran with nearly three decades in the U.S. Border Patrol, has been chosen to lead Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Meanwhile, Caleb Vitello – currently assistant director at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement‘s (ICE) Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs – will head the agency itself.

“Caleb’s exceptional leadership, extensive experience, and commitment to ICE’s mission make him an excellent choice to implement my efforts to enhance the safety and security of American communities who have been victimized by illegal alien crime,” Trump wrote of Vitello.

He also lauded Scott for his almost 30 years of service in the Border Patrol, “building vast experience and knowledge in law enforcement and border security.” The president-elect continued: “Rodney served as the 24th chief of the U.S. Border Patrol – where he implemented Remain in Mexico, Title 42 [and] Safe Third Agreements – and achieved record low levels of illegal immigration.”

A strong team for BORDER SECURITY

During his 2024 presidential campaign, Trump promised to bolster the country’s immigration enforcement by completing the border wall, reinstating the Remain in Mexico policy and conducting the “largest deportation program in American history.” He also pledged end birthright citizenship for children born to illegal migrants in the United States. (Related: Trump seeks to end BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP when he returns to the White House next month.)

To achieve these goals, Trump appointed former Acting ICE Director Tom Homan as border czar. Homan’s position, which does not require Senate confirmation, grants him significant authority over the second Trump administration’s immigration enforcement strategy. Longtime Trump aide and immigration hardliner Stephen Miller will serve as White House deputy chief of staff for policy, further signaling the administration’s intent to pursue aggressive immigration measures.

Meanwhile, South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem has been nominated to lead the Department of Homeland Security. The department oversees ICE, CBP and other critical immigration agencies. Her leadership, coupled with Vitello and Scott’s appointments, underscores Trump’s commitment to his hardline immigration agenda.

As Trump prepares to take office, his administration’s focus on these issues is expected to spark significant debate in Congress and beyond. The nominations set the stage for an ambitious overhaul of U.S. immigration enforcement under Trump’s leadership, prioritizing border security and immigration reform as he promised during his run for the presidency.

Biden Regime to Let Migrants Skip ICE Check-Ins https://freerreport.com/biden-regime-to-let-migrants-skip-ice-check-ins/ https://freerreport.com/biden-regime-to-let-migrants-skip-ice-check-ins/#respond Sat, 30 Nov 2024 13:37:20 +0000 https://freerreport.com/biden-regime-to-let-migrants-skip-ice-check-ins/ (Natural News)—President Joe Biden’s administration is “silently” rushing to roll out new policies that would make it easier for migrants to enter the U.S. illegally.

A report in the New York Post indicated that the outgoing administration intends to launch an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) portal app starting in early December in New York City that will allow migrants to bypass in-person check-ins to their local ICE office.

Insiders raised concerns and warned that the move is a “half-baked” plan that will lead more asylum seekers to abscond.

The app, which is set to be launched soon in the form of a pilot program in select cities, will allow the millions of illegal migrants released into the U.S. to await their asylum proceedings and check in with immigration officials on a phone or computer, two sources familiar with the app revealed.

Department of Homeland Security sources told The Post that the app will make it easier for migrants to flee authorities in part because the software has proven to be glitchy and unreliable.

Even when it’s working correctly, the new app doesn’t check for past arrests or outstanding warrants – something the current system tied to in-person appointments does, sources said.

That’s just one of a handful of initiatives being pushed through before inauguration day – including allowing migrants to contest government orders to undergo electronic tracking while they await their immigration appointments.

The Biden admin is also working to make changes that allow migrants to stay in the United States. In yet another move, while the illegal immigrants wait to plead their asylum cases in immigration courts, they will no longer be required to check in with their local ICE field office every few months.

Critics of the illegal border policies of Biden note that under his presidency the number of migrants illegally crossing the southern border exploded, leading to massive lines and backlogs at ICE field offices. And causing many of the problems that systems are encountering today.

CBP commissioner slams Biden’s last-minute move

Former acting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Commissioner Mark Morgan slammed the Biden administration’s last-minute moves as “the opposite of a peaceful transition of power.”

“This is an obstructionist transition, said Morgan. “What they’re trying to do in the last final day, they’re going to try to put up as many roadblocks and obstacles and throw as many grenades as they can on their way out.

Trump’s move to abolish the new Biden policies could be slowed down by court challenges Morgan said. He added that he believes that these were effective in blunting Trump’s immigration policies in his first administration.

As of early last year, the ICE office was already “fully booked through October 2032 for appointments to process migrants released into the U.S., according to an official document previously reviewed by The Post. A report from City Hall records there have been more than 223,000 migrants have come to the city since the migrant crisis began — and more than 58,000 are still being cared for by taxpayers in city-funded shelters.

Meanwhile, the new border czar of President-elect Trump is giving better instructions on exactly how the military will be used to aid in the mass deportations of illegal immigrants that the incoming administration has promised.

Tom Homan, who served as the ICE acting director during Trump’s first term, debunked frenzied speculation from some liberals that the military could be deployed to arrest people on U.S. streets – saying that service members would be used for “non-enforcement” duties. (Related: Trump’s new border czar will prioritize finding 300,000 missing migrant children who could be trafficking victims.)

Covid-19 “Vaccine” Rollout Led to Fewer Births and Excess Deaths in the Philippines https://freerreport.com/covid-19-vaccine-rollout-led-to-fewer-births-and-excess-deaths-in-the-philippines/ https://freerreport.com/covid-19-vaccine-rollout-led-to-fewer-births-and-excess-deaths-in-the-philippines/#respond Thu, 21 Nov 2024 12:05:53 +0000 https://freerreport.com/covid-19-vaccine-rollout-led-to-fewer-births-and-excess-deaths-in-the-philippines/ (Natural News)—Data from the Philippine Statistics Authority shows that there were around 1.3 million fewer Filipinos last year than in 2020, likely due to the effects of the Southeast Asian nation’s mass Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination program.

This comes from an investigation conducted by COVID-19 Substack blogger Super Sally, who noted that, adding the number of fewer births and the number of excess deaths from 2020 to 2023, the Philippines had an “unrealized population” – the number of people who should have been living at the time – of about 1.285 million people. (Related: Philippine government reports 297,000 excess deaths linked to COVID-19 vaccines.)

“New readers may be shocked at the excess mortality in 2021, which started only in March of that year,” wrote Sally. However, “I believe that the 2021 mortality and birth data was throttled in early 2022, and the devastation of 2021 will likely be hidden forever.”

Sally’s data comes from an analysis of the PSA, which publishes reports yearly on data collected from the Philippine Civil Registration System, including vital statistics like births, marriages and deaths.

Rise in deaths and decline in births coincide with COVID-19 vaccine rollout

The Philippines’ mass COVID-19 vaccination program was initiated in March 2021, around the same time the country’s unrealized population started surging. While there were a few COVID-19 “vaccine” brands used in the Philippines, the Janssen vaccine by Johnson & Johnson and supplied to the nation through the COVID-19 Vaccines Global Access (COVAX) program of the World Health Organization is believed to be the biggest killer for the country.

“The big spike in deaths which happened in every single region [of the Philippines] in July of 2021 was concurrent with the rollout of Janssen [COVID-19 vaccines] which were delivered to all regions with 3.2 million doses administered within just a few weeks,” wrote Sally. “There was a second death spike in January 2022, also matching the second Philippine delivery of 5.2 million new doses of Janssen.”

“All Janssen doses were delivered under the COVAX program,” she continued. “This is not to say other injectables were not deadly and causative of excess deaths, just that Janssen drove those excess deaths to a new devastating high.”

If 2019 is taken as the last normal and reference year, there have been 908,566 fewer births and 386,939 excess deaths from 2020 through 2023. This gives an “unrealized population” of 1.285 million.

Overall 2023 deaths are slightly higher than 2022 levels, and 2023 births are just slightly lower than 2022 levels. Both may rise slightly in the final reports that will be issued early in 2025.

The deaths are higher than 2022 levels for many months, with even some data points higher than 2021, which was the prior worst year. Early in 2023 births were higher than 2022 and 2021 levels. However, by the end of the year births had dropped, across almost all regions to levels similar to 2021.

Watch this video of a hearing in the Philippine House of Representatives as congressmen investigate the nearly 300,000 excess deaths caused by the COVID-19 vaccines.

Anxiety Over the Elections Is Making Many Americans Reconsider Their Travel Plans https://freerreport.com/anxiety-over-the-elections-is-making-many-americans-reconsider-their-travel-plans/ https://freerreport.com/anxiety-over-the-elections-is-making-many-americans-reconsider-their-travel-plans/#respond Mon, 04 Nov 2024 04:38:46 +0000 https://freerreport.com/anxiety-over-the-elections-is-making-many-americans-reconsider-their-travel-plans/ (Natural News)—Americans planning their vacations are being wrecked with anxiety over the coming election, resulting in many would-be travelers reconsidering their plans.

Some of the people feeling anxious over the election are Emily Reeve and her husband, who usually spend Thanksgiving by going on a trip to Hawaii, Florida or even just Disneyland – but not this year.

“I have a toddler now and I’m worried about being in a potentially volatile situation should we be traveling post-election,” said Reeve, 32.

The couple doesn’t have family near their home in Portland, Oregon, so they like to skip town for the November holiday. But they say they’re staying put this time to avoid getting caught in an airport or a popular destination at the same time when news develops of unrest, like rioting or looting “because the people in the area aren’t happy with the election outcome.”

People like Reeve and her husband are among the growing number of people in the United States who are developing anxiety around the election, leading to them rethinking their travel plans. (Related: SURVEY: Over 60% of Americans feel the 2024 presidential election is affecting their mental health.)

Industry experts and travel agents note that this regularly happens around presidential elections and is unavoidable even if they and federal authorities alike attempt to reassure the public that security procedures are in place for Election Day and its aftermath.

The Transportation Security Administration “always remains vigilant in this heightened global threat environment,” a spokesperson said, adding that federal air marshals “continue to carry out critical in-flight security missions” and other duties to keep travelers safe. “We prepare for all contingencies and employ multiple layers of security that are seen and unseen.”

Flyers may notice tighter airport security in coming weeks, said Jeffrey Price, who runs the aviation security consultancy Leading Edge Strategies. In addition to more uniformed officers, “there may also be a combination of plainclothes law-enforcement personnel amongst the passengers,” he said.

Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian recently told CNBC he expected consumers to take “a little bit of a pause” in the weeks around the election, as the carrier has seen in the past.

“People like to be home during the election period. They don’t want to be out traveling,” he said. “I don’t think they want to be spending money until they understand what’s going to happen.”

While the pandemic upended travel during the 2020 vote, Delta also saw demand flag in the run-up to the 2016 ballot before bookings rebounded in subsequent weeks.

United Airlines supported Delta’s findings, with executives saying they expect to see a similar pattern this month and in November and “don’t think there’s anything to be surprised by.”

Businesses are also on alert, said Kelly Soderlund, a spokesperson for the online business travel management company Navan. Its domestic flight bookings are down 19 percent for the week of the election compared with the same week last year. Bookings for the following week, though, are 42 percent higher than the preceding seven days and 82 percent higher than the equivalent week a year ago.

Concerns over possible unrest affecting travel plans this election cycle

Sixty-four percent of U.S. adults said they are avoiding traveling in the U.S. out of concerns about unrest, depending on who wins, according to a recent poll by the travel site The Vacationer.

About 25 percent said they would stay home if Vice President Kamala Harris is elected, while just 16 percent said they would hold off if former President Donald Trump wins. Twenty-four percent said they’re staying put no matter the outcome, and 36 percent said the election’s outcome won’t affect their travel plans.

Another poll, this time from the American Psychological Association, found that 77 percent of Americans are stressed about the future of the country and 69 percent are specifically anxious about the election. Seventy-two percent are worried that the results of the election could lead to violence, and another 56 percent believe the election could be the end of democracy in the United States.

“People feel very strongly about their beliefs, what they want for this country, and how they want issues to be handled,” said psychologist Thea Gallagher of NYU Langone Health. “Depending on who wins the election, it seems like issues are going to be handled differently – that’s a lot to process.”

The CDC and Pfizer Withheld Evidence That Covid “Vaccines” Increased the Risk of Myocarditis in Children https://freerreport.com/the-cdc-and-pfizer-withheld-evidence-that-covid-vaccines-increased-the-risk-of-myocarditis-in-children/ https://freerreport.com/the-cdc-and-pfizer-withheld-evidence-that-covid-vaccines-increased-the-risk-of-myocarditis-in-children/#respond Sat, 12 Oct 2024 05:12:22 +0000 https://freerreport.com/the-cdc-and-pfizer-withheld-evidence-that-covid-vaccines-increased-the-risk-of-myocarditis-in-children/ (Natural News)—Pfizer and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) withheld evidence that the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines increased the risk of myocarditis in children, according to two sets of documents made public.

Confidential Pfizer documents leaked by Project Veritas show that Big Pharma had “evidence that suggests patients who received a (COVID-19) vaccine are at an increased risk of myocarditis.”

Meanwhile, heavily redacted CDC documents obtained by the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request indicate that the agency provided an undercounted figure of post-COVID-19 vaccination myocarditis cases to Israel’s Ministry of Health in early 2021.

The latest revelations come as Germany, Japan and other governments are raising questions about the significant numbers of severe adverse events recorded in individuals following the administration of the vaccines.

“This study clearly shows that Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine provides almost no benefit to children and adolescents, but does increase their risk of myocarditis and pericarditis,” said Dr. Brian Hooker, CHD’s chief scientific officer. “It begs the question: Why does the CDC continue to recommend these unlicensed shots for kids? Where is the data they use to support their statement that the benefits of these vaccines outweigh the risks?”

The Pfizer vaccine provided children and teens in England with only about 14 to 15 weeks of protection against the virus, as per a preprint study of over 1.7 million children ages five to 15.

Moreover, researchers investigating the safety and effectiveness of Pfizer’s vaccine in fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated, and unvaccinated children and teens, also found cases of myocarditis and pericarditis only in vaccinated children. The study found that vaccinated children required slightly fewer emergency room visits and hospital stays, but that those outcomes were extremely rare in children and teens across all groups.

COVID-19 vaccine provides almost no benefit to children, study reveals

Public health agencies in the United Kingdom and the U.S. granted authorization to the Pfizer vaccines based on clinical trials that measured immunogenicity and efficacy against infection.

Their research confirmed that even in 2021, when the vaccine was first authorized for children and teens, that age group did not face a high risk for COVID-19-related serious outcomes, including death or the need for emergency care, hospitalization or critical care.

The researchers tested the effectiveness of the first vaccine dose versus no vaccine and of two doses versus a single dose. They matched each vaccinated child with an unvaccinated one, and participants were matched by age, sex, region, prior COVID-19 testing and childhood vaccination status.

Of the 1,262,784 children in the adolescent part of the study, vaccinated and unvaccinated, there were only 72 emergency room visits, 90 COVID-19 hospitalizations and no deaths. There were nine cases of pericarditis and three cases of myocarditis, all in the vaccinated group.

Among all of the children in the vaccinated versus unvaccinated group, there were no emergency visits, only six hospitalizations and no deaths related to COVID-19. There were three cases of pericarditis, all in vaccinated children.

The researchers concluded that in adolescents, the vaccine reduced the rate of hospitalization more than it increased the risk for myocarditis and pericarditis, but for children, the increased risk of pericarditis was higher than the reduction of risk for hospitalization.

Chinese Electric Vehicles Could Be “Weaponized” by Beijing, Report Warns https://freerreport.com/chinese-electric-vehicles-could-be-weaponized-by-beijing-report-warns/ https://freerreport.com/chinese-electric-vehicles-could-be-weaponized-by-beijing-report-warns/#respond Wed, 02 Oct 2024 13:26:02 +0000 https://freerreport.com/chinese-electric-vehicles-could-be-weaponized-by-beijing-report-warns/ (Natural News)—Ministers in the United Kingdom are being advised to consider banning Chinese electric vehicle manufacturers from securing government contracts over national security and data privacy concerns.

Suppliers suspected of having ties to China’s military-industrial complex pose a key risk due to the potential for built-in wireless components in EVs to be “weaponized,” which could even be used to gridlock British streets, according to the report by the China Strategic Risks Institute (CSRI) and the Coalition on Secure Technology.

The so-called Cellular IoT Modules (CIMs) are wireless components embedded in all-electric vehicles and act as a gateway for data to flow in either direction. (Related: Can China remotely control and detonate electric vehicles?)

The report said it was concerned that data generated by Chinese-manufactured EVs operated in the U.K. could end up in the hands of the Chinese state and could be used for surveillance purposes.

This adds to concerns that the British government’s open-door policy to EVs from China threatens to undercut domestic manufacturing. The U.K.’s domestic car industry is responsible for 198,000 manufacturing jobs, representing 2.5 percent of the country’s entire GDP.

CSRI warned that China’s heavy involvement and subsidization of its EV manufacturing sector, allowing the country to produce an excess of five to 10 million EVs per year, along with the British government’s failure to impose restrictions on Chinese EV imports raises the possibility of China posing a threat to British national security and to the country’s car manufacturing industry.

The study comes amid a rapid influx of Chinese automakers into the U.K. market, with the CSRI claiming that Chinese-made EVs have increased their U.K. market share from just two percent in 2019 to 33.4 percent in the first half of 2023.

British government rapidly procuring EVs for the public sector

The U.K. government is rapidly procuring EVs for the public sector. It confirmed last year that some EV units used by the Ministry of Defense had been supplied by MG, a motoring brand owned by Chinese state-owned automobile manufacturing giant SAIC Motor.

Chinese EV giant BYD has also made significant inroads in the British public sector, with at least 1,800 electric buses delivered to local authorities across the country in the past few years.

CSRI warned that London’s refusal to impose restrictions on Chinese EVs, unlike its neighbors in the European Union, could result in Britain becoming a “dumping ground and a potential backdoor into the European market” for Beijing.

The report further warned that Chinese-made CIMs used in EVs could be used to send data back the Beijing about British users. The paper noted that the totalitarian government mandates that all firms within the country provide data access to the state, which was one of the motivating factors for the U.K.’s previous decision to phase out components manufactured by Chinese tech giant Huawei from its 5G networks by 2027.

The CSRI suggested that the U.K. mandate foreign suppliers of EVs to agree to not transmit data overseas under any circumstances, introduce a legal requirement to share their source code with the British government, and allow for regular inspections of data storage centers globally to ensure that sensitive data is not being sent covertly to other servers.
